The Boys Town National Hotline is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and staffed by specially trained Boys Town counselors. Parents, teens and families can find help with the following:

- Chemical dependency
- Relationship problems
- Depression
- Emotional abuse
- Runaways
- And much more
Spanish-speaking counselors and translation services, representing more than 140 languages, are available, along with a TDD line (1-800-448-1833 ) that allows counselors to communicate with speech-impaired and deaf callers.
In 2020, the Boys Town National Hotline took 111,480 calls and 23,123 web contacts (emails, chats and texts). These are just a few examples of the questions commonly asked and the answers they received from Hotline Consultants. The Hotline is available 24/7 at 800-448-3000.
